Rename logs Fonts and Other Change

When user refreshes in the Dataload mapping editor, refresh Object fields from Server

• Allow user to select both file or folder in Output Location

• Add support for specifying {datetime}, {date}, {time} variables in the output location, which will get changed to actual date time value at the time of dataload run

• Reduce the font size in the warning dialog that is shown during mutating dataloads

• Add clean logs menu which allows to cleanup the eclipse and realforce logs.

• Add support uploading Error logs in contact support dialog

• Console is defaults to User debug only console upon apex executions and error message is shown in the console

• Workspace path is changed from .datasertrealforce to .realforce

• Add Grid Font as separate Preference so user can control the general monospace text font differently than grid font

• Add Consolas as default Grid Font
